Past experience introduction
Sharing instead of disposing
Since May 2017, we have rescued 25,000 unsold products from Amazon' s disposal. To minimize resource waste, we cooperate with several companies to deliver these brand new products to people who need them.
Repairing instead of replacing
Starting from June 2020, we provided on-site and in-store repair service. We believe a defective product can still be a great product, therefore we restore its functionality and extend its life. We have repaired over 100,000 products so that over 5000 customers can continue to use their products without replacing them.
Assisting instead of returning
We discovered that many products are returned due to usage problems instead of product defects. To address inquiries timely, we have a team of dedicated customer service representatives through multiple channels of communication from 2019. Our efforts have translated into a tangible changes-a reduction of 12,000 product returns per month.
